Order Processing Time

Generally, it takes 2-3 business days for me to get the orders together and shipped out to you. If items are out of stock it may take longer but I will usually reach out to let you know. 

Customs and Import Tax

If your country charges any customs or import fees, you are responsible for those fees. 

Refunds and Returns Policy

I am happy to offer you a refund if I have not shipped out your item, once items have shipped out I can not offer you a refund. If the item arrives defective or damaged I will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
